How do I claim my free Garbo search credits from Stir?

Stir is giving our users free Garbo search credits!

To claim your credits, please follow the following steps.

Please note: premium match members receive 4 free Garbo search credits while free Stir users receive 2 free Garbo search credits. 

You can claim your free search credits by visiting the Safety Center. Once you’re in the Safety Center, follow these steps:

• Log into Stir app or platform
• Go to your profile
• Go to the Safety Center
• Click on Garbo x Stir section
• Click “Open Garbo” which will open a new browser window that directs to Garbo’s web application landing page. When you click this link, you will be prompted to create an account on Garbo’s website.
• Create an account through Garbo’s sign-up process. Please note that Garbo is a completely separate platform and company from Stir. 
• You will see a message prompting you to confirm your email. A link will be sent to the email address you use to create an account. You will need to click the link within the email to activate your Garbo account. 
• After you confirm your email, you will be redirected to log in on the Garbo site.
• After the onboarding experience, you will receive either 2 or 4 free Garbo search credits based on your Stir membership.
