Update Name, Birthday, Email, and Account Information

You can update the following information anytime by accessing your Account Settings (the gear icon).

  • To update Name, Age, and/or Birthday
    • Select the Profile Icon on the bottom right of your screen
    • Click the gear icon in the top right corner
    • Click Manage Account
    • Then select which option you would like to update

You will be prompted to re-enter your birthdate and current password for verification.

  • Trouble Updating an Email Address
    • When updating your account information, remember that an email address can only be associated with one Stir account. If your new email address is not being accepted, it may be linked to an account you created in the past. 
    • If you forgot your password, click on this link to receive a reset password link.
