Technical Problems With the Site

We work hard to keep our site running smoothly, so we apologize if you're running into technical issues.

Cookies

• It doesn't fix everything, but issues can often be resolved by refreshing your cookies, which are little bits of data stored on your computer that relate to the websites you visit. 

Browsers

• Unfortunately, some older browsers (notably Internet Explorer) experience issues on Stir. If you're using Internet Explorer, we recommend checking which version you are using by going to the "Help" directory (gear symbol) in your browser and choosing "About Internet Explorer."
• If it turns out that you're using an older version of Internet Explorer, you'll need to upgrade to the latest version. In general, Stir works best on the newer versions of the major browsers.
