How to Subscribe + Payment Options – Stir

To subscribe:

You'll need to sign up for a free account (if you haven't already done so) and then click on the "Subscribe" button in the navigation bar at the top of the screen. (If you're using Stir on a mobile device, you can find the Subscribe or Upgrade option on your Profile page.)

The subscription page will direct you to choose from our different subscription packages and walk you through the billing process. We currently accept payment by credit card. You can choose to pay the amount in full, or pay in 4 separate payments.

In addition, all of our subscription packages include auto-renewal. If you don’t want your subscription to renew, you can turn off auto-renewal at any time after you finish purchasing your subscription.

Prepaid Credit Card

We do accept prepaid cards on our site. However, the card issuer may require registering the card on their website first. Information and instructions on registering your prepaid card should be listed on the back of the card itself.

Most gift cards and prepaid cards require you to activate them first. If the prepaid card has enough money on it when it's time to renew (and if you don't turn off auto-renewal), then your Stir subscription will renew successfully. If there's not enough money on the card at the time of renewal, then your renewal will not be processed.

To avoid a lapse in your service, you may want to subscribe with a debit or credit card so your subscription can be automatically renewed.
