Updating Credit/Debit Card Information
If the card number you used to subscribe with us is no longer valid, or if you'd like to use a different payment method for future billings, then you should update your payment information to ensure your subscription will renew properly.
To do this, go to your Subscription Status page and select the "Change Payment Method" link under the payment details on file.
If your credit/debit card expires during your subscription term and your financial institution issues you a new card for the same account, your payment information with Stir will often be updated automatically by your financial institution.
This means we'll usually be able to process new charges (like subscription renewals) even if you don't manually update your billing information. So if you don't want to be charged for subscription renewal, make sure you turn off auto-renewal for your account.
