- If your email address isn't recognized, check any other addresses you have to make sure your account hasn't been associated with one of those.
- We may need to get involved to help you resolve the situation
- Click the "Contact Us" option
- To help us locate your account, make sure to include in your message your full name, email address, username, and zip code, along with a description of what happens when you try to sign in, including any error messages.
