Upgrading or Adding to a Subscription – Stir

Adding a Subscription
If you already have an active subscription, sometimes you might want to purchase another one before it expires.

For example, if you have a 1-month subscription and want to add a 6-month term to it, you don't have to cancel your 1-month subscription and wait for your subscriber benefits to expire.

Instead, you can add a new subscription to your account ahead of time. Sign in to your account and go to your Subscription Status page, then follow these steps:

Under your current subscription package, click on Choose an additional subscription package.
Select a subscription package.
Click on Continue.
Enter any payment information that may be requested.
Click on Subscribe.

You will be charged immediately, and your new subscription period will begin when your current subscription period ends.

Upgrading a Subscription
You may want to upgrade your current subscription package by adding premium features. Some of our premium features (like Rewind) will renew along with your subscription. Other types of premium features are one-time purchases (like Boost).

To add premium features, sign in to your account and go to your Subscription Status page, then follow these steps:
Under your current subscription package, click on Buy additional Stir.com services.
Locate the feature you want to add and click on Buy Now.
Enter any payment information that may be requested.
Click on Subscribe or Buy Now. You will be charged immediately.
- The cost of renewing features will be pro-rated for the rest of your current subscription term. When your subscription renews, these premium features will also renew.
