Checking My Renewal or End Date

Follow these steps to check the date your subscription is scheduled to renew or expire.

On the Stir app:

  1. Log in to your Stir account, and tap on the Profile icon at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Tap on the gear icon at the top of the page.
  3. Tap on Manage Subscription.
  4. Tap on Subscription Status.
  5. Your subscription End Date and Renewal Status will be displayed on this page.

On the mobile site:

  1. Log in to your Stir account, and tap on the Profile icon at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Tap on the gear icon at the top of the page.
  3. Tap on Manage Subscription. (You may need to tap on Manage Account first and then tap on Manage Subscription.)
  4. Tap on Subscription Status.
  5. Your subscription End Date and Renewal Status will be displayed on this page.

On the desktop site:

  1. Log in to your Stir account, and click on the gear icon in the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
  2. Click on Manage Subscription.
  3. Click on Subscription Status.
  4. Your subscription End Date and Renewal Status will be displayed on this page.

If you have paid for a subscription but you don't see your subscription listed on your Subscription Status page, make sure you're signed in to the correct Stir account. You may also want to verify with your financial institution that your payment was processed.
